We have negotiated reduced rates at local hotels for students of Above and Beyond CDL Driving Academy students. All hotels are within minutes of our Northfield campus!
Prior to beginning any behind the wheel course students will need to come to class prepared with:
-Federal Medical Card, needed before obtaining CDL Permit (Certain industries may be exempt) We offer a free permit prep course
-CDL Permit for the class of vehicle they intend to drive
-Current driver’s license
Class A Entry-level Driver Training Course $5,995
– 5 week/200 Hour program
-Weekend course available. Call for details.
Course Includes:
- Use of school training equipment (Automatic/Manual Transmission) and costs associated with operation
- Pre-employment drug screen
- 40 hours classroom/range instruction meeting ELDT training classroom requirements
- 160 hours range/behind the wheel instruction meeting ELDT requirements
- School provided truck and instructor for CDL testing for Wisconsin/Minnesota residents
Costs Not Included:
- CDL permit and licensing fees
- CDL Physical
- Lodging
Class B Entry-level Driver Training Course $3,500
– 2 week/80 Hour program
Course Includes:
- Use of school training equipment (Automatic Transmission) and costs associated with operation
- Pre-employment drug screen
- 40 hours classroom/range instruction meeting ELDT training classroom requirements
- 40 hours range/behind the wheel instruction meeting ELDT requirements
- School provided truck and instructor for CDL testing for Wisconsin/Minnesota residents

ELDT Hazardous Materials Endorsement Training
-Upon completion, this online course satisfies the federally mandated entry level driver training requirements to allow the user to attempt the hazardous materials endorsement test.
